/ I stayed in Rojo for 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay each and every day. The view from both the balcony and the roof are fantastic. Lynne is great and very responsive. (Scott, San Clemente, CA)

/ Wonderful place with a chilled-out atmosphere. Birds sing in the morning, and the pool area is nice and relaxing. It's a short walk down the hill to the malecon. Lynne was super-responsive to my questions. Recommended! (Karl, Lake Elsinore, CA )

/ If you're looking for a good view, super comfortable bed and spaciousness than this is the place for you. On top of that, the host Lynn uses PVRPV property management to handle maintenance, cleaning and any problems or questions you may have. I stayed for 30 days and was very impressed with their professionalism and they all speak English except for the housekeeper who comes in every week to clean the unit. The building is very secure and safe and on a hillside with friendly people around. Highly recommended. (Mark, Seattle, WA)

/ Lynne’s place is really perfectly located in PV. The views are wonderful and we even saw whales! We requested transfers from the airport which was great & the concierge was very friendly, informative & carried our luggage up. The bed was the most comfortable one we have slept on in a long time. Be prepared for the stairs. There are a lot but they help to justify the tacos and pina coladas :) (Barbara, Victoria, Canada)

/ The king size bed was very comfy and the view awesome! The host is lovely and helpful and there is a sweet plunge pool and a fantastic rooftop. I had some issues with management company but they are now gone! I was worried about so many steps but it became my daily exercise.  (Lorraine, New Denver, BC, Canada)

/ Casa Bella Vista, checked off many points for me. I vacationed there In February 2020 and stayed in the Rojo suite. Loved it! The ocean view of The Bay of Banderas from my room balcony was beautiful. The kitchenette was the perfect size and it had all of the essential items. I slept like a rock on the king size bed, it was so comfortable. It was a short walk to downtown. The concierge service was an absolute must for assisting with my bags. I would return and would recommend friends stay there. (Carolyn Anderson, Atlanta, GA, USA)

/ We had the opportunity to stay at Lynn's place in Puerto Vallarta for 5 days in November 2019. Upon entering the property we immediately felt in love with the location, the characters of the place (magnificent view). There is also a small pool, but sadly we didn't have the time to enjoy it. Our suite (on the main floor) is super spacious with high ceilings and all the comfort that we look for on our holiday. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean, the kitchen, living room and dining area are spacious. There is a balcony off the bedroom from which we could see the ocean, the sunset and enjoy the nightly fireworks (9;45pm) from the dinner cruise pirate ship which sailed past every night. The location can't be better, a short walk from the beach and malecon, just steps away from the central, yet it is very quiet. It takes a few blocks walking uphill through the cobble stone streets and a few stairs (which we didn't mind, we enjoyed being high up for the amazing view). We walked everywhere, and enjoyed all the wonderful restaurants just steps away. We especially enjoyed a restaurant called "Planeta", a vegan buffet restaurant on the side street next to the church. This is the best vegan restaurant in the world! We totally enjoyed our stay and will come back again and again to this lovely place. We highly recommend staying that Lynne's place to anyone who is looking for explore PV and the area. (Dean Steinmann and Loanne Bui Calgary, Alberta, Canada)

/ We really enjoyed this charming property in an authentic PV neighborhood. The central location was great, and everything from the character of the place to the nice pool area to the amazing views was even better in person than we expected. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Filipe was a delight. We needed a new battery for the safe, and it magically appeared in less than twenty minutes! Take note of the owner's warnings about the steep hill. We don't mind the exercise and we like the pay-off of a view, but if you have mobility issues this isn't the place for you. Cabs and Uber are only a couple of bucks, but request they take you up the alleyway to the entrance. It's also good to know that the property (or at least the unit we booked) doesn't boast a cook's kitchen. We were in town once or twice every day anyway and didn't mind grabbing our own groceries and carting it back up the hill. The property is 100% secure, and we found it surprisingly quiet and peaceful except on Friday night when a neighbor was blasting his banda tunes out his window for an hour or two (which we thought was pretty fun and festive). Our AC (bedroom only) worked nicely during very warm nights, the pillows were comfy, and while it took a minute to make its way to the shower the hot water was reliable and more than adequate. The wifi faded a time or two but was almost always strong both in our unit and at the pool. Of course the Puerto Vallarta sunsets are legendary, and we had three options when looking for a place from which to ooh and ahh. The pool deck, the secret rooftop, and our private balcony all offered fantastic vantage points. Overall, we thought this property was a real bargain. Had we not just found our own place and signed a long-term lease as we prepare to move to town, we'd book this one again in a second!  (Dan, Nashville, TN, USA)

/ The view from Lynne’s place is spectacular! We watched some beautiful sunsets from the roof. It’s a walk up some steep steps to get to there, but the pool and view are definitely worth it. It’s a short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants are close by. Air conditioning, wifi work great and it is quiet at night for restful sleeps. Check in/check out was easy to arrange through property management company. (Kelsey, Victoria, BC, Canada)

/ Casa Bella Vista has all the charm you'd ever ask for. Comfortable and affordable with great views and close to restaurants and malecon. Stairway to heaven! (J. Tyerman, Maple Bay, BC, Canada)

/ A beautiful view, cute pool, and apartment overall. This is a good value, and I would stay again.Be prepared for many stairs where you need to plan for your outings. The reward is the views! At check-in, the hosts will meet to carry your luggage up, and down upon check out.  (Renee, USA)
